Front Floor Insulation Pad Set – 928 78-95

Front floor insulation pad set for 928 (1978-1995) models. This is a set of floor insulating pads for all Porsche 928 models. They are trimmed to fit and go under the factory carpet in the front driver and passenger floor and rear cargo deck. They are made of 1/2 thick vinyl nitrile closed cell foam rubber. Unlike the factory foam this vinyl nitrile is closed cell and will not absorb water, oil, or antifreeze. This means, unlike the factory supplied pads, they can be washed with soap and water, wiped dry and immediately put back in place. The material is also resistant to mildew so it won’t smell like the factory pads. Black in color, 1/2 inch thick, is very light about 9 ounces per pad, closed cell, and FAA approved for aircraft bulkhead sound and heat insulation.
